Leaking differential!

I've just noticed that my rear differential has a slow leak (a couple drops overnight). My car is due for inspection now (in PA). Does anyone think it will still pass with this slow leak? I'm going to get it fixed at a local shop soon, but I can't before the inspection.

Opinions?

hit it with some brake clean

and then later on replace the seals.

Drive around Pennsylvania lately? There are some pretty bad piles of crap on the road

I don't think they'll even notice a leaking diff

If I didn't see an abandoned car every day in the 15 miles of route 80 I commute in PA...

I'd fear the end of the world is coming. Pieces of junk everywhere.
