Locking lugz
I'm skeptical about putting the rims back on.... Are there any locking lug bolts that really work? I live in the Boston area, and the crime around this area sucks. A month ago, one of my headlights was pryed out with a screwdriver, then slammed against the hood..... guess they were looking for xenon. I would love to sport the wheels again, but I'll be awfully upset if I wake up one morning to a set of new cement rims...

no lock is 100% guaranteed to work, some work better than others but if a thief really wants it
they'll get it or dmg the wheel/lock so bad that you will wish they had been successful.

Wheel locks are pretty easy to remove. You just get one of those oversized counterthreaded sockets, slip it over the lock and voila. It's only going to stop a "casual thief". Someone who really wants your rims can have all 4 of them in a few minutes time.
