Your dealer could be hesitant about servicing a lowered car though. There have been stories about some dealers have been known to give people grief about their lowered cars. Whether or not the dealer is right, that's usually more grief than it's worth.
Check out an independent for aftermarket work like lowering/alignment, and you might get some more positive answers.

My dealer said (service manager)
"oh!? really, when did we start selling those??"
So, I tell him to visit here, maybe he'll learn something (or read the litrature they put on their own counter top! Ha
