Malfunction Indicator Light is on

My MIL light on the dashboard went on and I went to Auto Zone and borrowed their OBD 11 and the codes and discriptions I got are:
1. P1138 (manufacturer control) fuel air metering
2. P0455 Evap emmision control system leak (large)
3. P1136 (manufacturer control) fuel air metering
Does anyone had this problem and knows what needs to be fixed. I'll appreciate if anyone could help me out and give me advise.

Evap leak: check all vac hoses to see which one is torn/leaking
