mcmaster.com rocks.

I ordered some hose clamps from them yesterday, along with some other materials, and I received my package today. Great service, I will definitely order again. For anyone looking for vac line hose clamps, they are the spot to get them. A bag of 25 for $6.88!!

What's the deal with the Passat hose? Can it be used on our A4 despite different size?..

That's the hose that connects to the tip of the BPV, right?

i believe so, but at that cost it's still waaaay cheaper to get some rubber lines...

same engine, so yeah it can be used. its stiffer and reinforced.

its expensive too. its probably the best hose out there, but any hose is better than the stock braided stuff. right now im running mostly the mcmaster carr equivalent of the braided stuff and some of the passat stuff. the mcmaster carr stuff is holding up much better than the stock stuff. soon ill upgrade that to the passat line.
