first click "post picture"....then follow the instructions to upload the pic from your harddrive....
when this is done, copy the shortcut to the picture, and paste it into the "optional image URL" box with your message.

ummmm... sorta like this...
"img src="http://wherethepictureis"
just take out the first parenthesis. and add with this "<" and close ">" with this after the parenthesis the actual location of the image must be in parenthesis such as "http://www.picture.com"
