If you are talking about the lense only, it's a very easy job....
Just push the mirror all the way in on the outside and pry out at the inside with your fingers. It pops right off. There are two connectors for the heat.
When you push the new one back in place, there are many clips that hold it on and you must make sure that it's clipped all the way around.
One minute job.
