Default misfire code P0302

My 98 A4 threw and engine code today after I started it. It's running really ****ty and lack of power and lots of vibration. The code reader says P0302 #2 cylinder misfire. replaced spark plugs-no change. swapped coil packs around-no change. Searched previous post's and alot of guys are saying ignition control module. Wondering were they are located and how do you test them?

Default You didn't search very well then. It's on top of the airbox, you use a multimeter to test it

It's the device with two connectors coming out both sides held down by two hex bolts directly on top of the airbox:

Default tose look like the stock 1997 ones, which i never had to replace one of...

they were all original when the car was totaled, 142,000 miles on em.

I wonder why audi doesnt just leave things alone sometimes.
