Momo shift ***** have a very strange way of fitting but yes they do fit although I have a momo shift **** on my car and I am not satisfied because it loosens very easily you don't screw the **** in you put three allen wrenches tightly and they don't hold on to the big scrw the shifter has so it just doesn't work I reccomend you get something that screws on like the **** audi has

All short Momo shift ***** "sorta" fit the A4. I have the Momo Short Anatomico Zebrano one...it constantly requires tightening of the allen bolts. The fun part was when I was attending a driving school and the thing vibrated loose on me....try driving fast with a very loose shift ****....quite challenging! I have not replaced the shift **** on my A4 yet but I did on my Subaru and found the original had a lip which held the boot snug against the ****. I had to improvise with a rubber band looped around the shaft to give the boot something to catch on.<p>Is there a similar setup in the A4? If so how did you remedy it? TIA<p>cj

My Momo Race Air fits fine..
I have had to tighten it once since April 97. I've heard reports of interference of the plastic top of the shift boot with the bottom of the ****, but I did not have this. I keep the allen wrenck for it in the glove box, just in case.<p>Donnie

I think something like that
I have been talking to Adrian at VW Sport about getting a momo shift ****. He said that he has one in his car and in order to reuse the OEM boot you do have to improvise a bit. He said he's using a twist tie. I couldn't really visualize the whole thing and I haven't got the **** yet so I haven't had to cross that bridge...<p>I'll post more when I get to it.<p>Jason
