Need e-codes!

My right blinker in my 96 A4 got cracked on my road trip home from Colorado to Mass. Its a good excuse to get projectors in now instead of stocks. Have a few questions. First of all, where is the cheapest place to get them. Second, if I buy the wiring kit, are there still any difficulties wiring it? Third, anyone have a comparison of stock headlights compared to e-codes with halogen bulbs? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
