Need help with codes...
<center><img src="http://www.ross-tech.com/images/vss.jpg"></center><p>A4 99.5 QM V6 30V, I did reset MIL and codes came up again:
17606 P1198 O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank1-Sensor2 Electrical Malfunction
17607 P1199 O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank2-Sensor2 Electrical Malfunction
16502 P0118 Engine Coolant Temp.Circ High Input
1. Are first 2 codes caused by O2 sensor or just it's heater ?
2. Which of the O2 sensors needs to be replaced? both?
3. Aren't these both on the same "circuit"?
4. How can you tell which one is malfunction?
5. If its just the heater can CEL be "fixed" by plugging the resistor into its circuit?
6. Where is Engine Coolant sensor located, how hard is it to replace it?
7.Are these codes caused by the same malfunction?
