Need help with these engine codes

I have a problem with my engine. It idles really rough and the throttle is sluggish at low rpm. If you operate above 3000 rpm it will work fine but if you go below 3000 it will hesitate and sometimes stall. The car sat for a long time so I replaced the fuel and the fuel filter.

Here is what the VAG-COM returned.

Ignore the first one, run a TBA and if that doesn't work, clean the throttle body.

If cleaning doesnt work it means your throttle valve controller is gone

I had to replace my TB a few years back. Good to
see over time prices drop by 45% I paid almost
