Need a quick tip. What kind of coolant goes in our cars?

In that case you should've made it 40/60 (coolant/H2O); term 'coolant' is a misnomer...
the Ethylene Glycol in antifreeze/coolant does provide boilover protection but at the same time is less effective as a heat transfer fluid than H2O.

yea, that would have been optimum, but i was in a bind...
my car was torn apart and i sent someone to buy the antifreeze, but forgot to tell them to buy water. me being ****, i didn't want to add garden hose water into my car. so i just 100% coolanted it for a day. then when i got a chance i drained from the pump all that would drain and just filled with distilled water. honestly it's almost a whole gallon of water...what ratio would that be than? it just seems like 60/40 cuz of the color. how many gallons of coolant will the system hold?
