Default Looks OK - If the pitting was consistent across cam, then I would think you had oil problems
Usually badly pitted cams have very acidic oil and they arent changed often. Cams for most part are very hard. looks like there is some scuffing there as well tho. You should keep an eye on it as well, if gets worse you may have a problem.
