O2 sensor - what's the part # and how to check with VAG-COM that it's really failing?

O2 sensor - what's the part # and how to check with VAG-COM that it's really failing?
I pulled this code:
16517 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: Response too Slow
P0133 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
but since it's intermittent, is there another way to check with VAG-COM if it's going bad? Which engine measuring block to log and what values would indicate that it's bad?
I'm thinking it's block 34 (see link), but do I measure this at idle or at certain rpm/engine load?
Also, anyone got a part number for that O2 sensor in question? How much labor is involved in getting it replaced?

Re: Doesn't really help answer my question, but thanks - I'll ask there.
I thought that perhaps the trim link could help you with determining if the O2 sensor was really failing as your trim would possibly be off by an amount greater than 10%.
