Okay guys, wish me luck!!!
Proposing to my GF of 6 1/2 years tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon...so think a happy thought for me. She is not expecting it, so it should be interesting.
Either i come back here engaged, or i come back here having ordered a HELLA lot of mods to compensate...so i should want her to say yes, right??

I don't get nervous, but proposing will be the most unique oral statement ill ever make...easier than persuading a jury, but the emotional aspect adds a certain nuance.
I have the day planned out around Chicago (museum campus, Buckingham Fountain, etc, bringing digicam for pics), then dinner at Tall Grass, a sublime French resturant in Lockport (of all places).
Funny how life meanders along paths...i remember when i was in high school and the big thing was whether so-and-so put out, etc...when did I grow up and become an adult?
