outside temperature incorrect

Hey guys.My problem is a wrong outside temperature that my cluster shows.It's all the time wrong.sometimes it shows me like -20F when it's +55F.I already replaced that sensor in front of radiator and no changes.I was thinking maybe that sensor inside the intake manifold (air temp. sensor) could be related to it or am I wrong? Any ideas?

STFA - Fifteen seconds searching using the info I gave you yielded...

4A0 829 539 - This is for my 1998, yours may be different. Cost was less tha $30 IIRC. Easy fix technically, just a bitch to access. The part cannot be repaired.
