Overboost and DV?

Overboost and DV?
Could my overboost problem be associated with my EVO billet DV sticking? Thinking that maybe I need to lube it up.
2001 AWM, APR 93 octane, EVO DV, K&N, stock everything else. The N75 has been replaced within a year, no vac leaks, or kinks to the N75. I'm lost, I have no idea whats causing my overboost. The one chance when I had some time to plug in the VAG and run some data logs, the problem was not occuring... go figure. SO, my baby has been sitting for two weeks as I drive the duramax.
