why is it that imports never have cash back, or any other incentive programs? Am I right in assumming that the reasons companies offer these programs is because they have some surplus stock, and they hope to sell more vehicles by offering an incentive? I've never seen european cars with these sort of things, what if there is a problem with the supply of these cars????

because they aren't POSs like U.S. cars so people will buy them anyways
