Is the product on ecstuning: Lower Front Valance ES#5538 the lower bumper lip?

You mean the one that gets ripped off on parking stops? Seems like it.

yeah...Beeshes at local restaurant put in a new speed bump with a sharp crest

and ripped mine off.
