Default What year is it?

If you turn the key over, without starting it, it should automatically align the TB. Just let it sit for about 5 minutes and then turn it over. It might depend on the year though.

Default so I just took it for another test drive around the block...long

after leting it sit in the on position, not running for 5 minitues.
and on the test drive i discovered the one touch power windowes were not working granted the windows would go down and up but not one touch. however when I got back to my parking spot the one touch was functining and then I tried the lift switch function on the sun roof and it went up a little and I press a few more times and the the sun roof was working properly again.
its as if the car had to learn these functions again.

Can any one explain this???

Default Yeah that's what happens

When you disconnect the battery, the functions all go back to default. Default for the windows is for the one touch to be disabled.

Just hold the down position for a few seconds after it's all the way down, and then release. Hold the up position for a few seconds after it's all the way up, and then release. That should reset the one touch. You may need to do it for all windows, and the sunroof.

How is it driving now?

Default It's kind of odd, I would expect it to be

a little peppier after reseting the throttle body, but it is possible that it got a little too warm. Is it hotter outside than usual? That might decrease boost.
