don't you know how to play nice...

how about instead of telling him how it's going to be, and make negative comments all the time, you just STFU and let him deal w/the delays and APR's time schedule himeself? He obviously doesn't mind all THAT much if he shipped them his car to tune a kit he wanted and paid $X in the first place...
Heck, as long as I had another car to drive while mine was away, I could give two poops about how long it took them to get it done (within reason ofcourse).
