Re-Post: Buzzing Boost Gauge Problem
So I was searching, and with the help of a fellow AW, was able to install my boost gauge last weekend. Unfortunately I had the dreaded buzzing when getting on the boost. Searching I found alot of A4 owners tried using a fuel filter, and they said it quieted things up a bit:

I purchased the above picture fuel filter, and now as you can see I threw a watch in for scale as some people were confused about that yesterday. I'll say it's fairly big maybe about 1/4 inch around and actually made for cars. I think I remember someone saying I should try to get a fuel filter for a lawn mower, but I didn't find much lawn mower parts at the automotive store I was at. Using the above post, I went to the local auto parts store, they were unable to locate it with the part number the previous post mentioned. Maybe it's changed now since that post was from 3 years back. So I bought the smallest fuel filter I could find, which is what the above picture is, I haven't opened it or done anything because I want to make sure I bought the right part. Is this what other A4 owners are using for the buzzing boost gauge issue? I think it's too big to even fit in the engine bay, but thats just why I wanted to check. If anyone could provide any pics or updated part #'s for the actual fuel filter they used, I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks!
