real problem engine

DO any one have a service manual or know where to get one. My engine is not reveing right. It goest up to about 2K rpm and drop all by it self and is not driveable, I suspect it can be a sensor somewhere. My friend has a passat with same problem.

Year/make/model/engine? All important.<br>Some dealers have some service manuals for sale, but only for some models/years.
