REALLY need help!!

Bottom line, how hot is Onyx interior? I live in SoCal (Southern California), and the sun is pretty intense. I was planning on getting the Opal Gray or Ecru/Royal Blue Ambiente interiors with Santorin Blue exterior, but my dealer called today and said he would have the car I wanted, but with Onyx interior, in a 2001 in 3-4 weeks. He said he'd try to trade with another dealer, but I want to know, am I going to spontaneously combust when I sit down? The Burgandy interior on my POS Caravan gets pretty hot after sitting in the sun all day, so I can imagine what Onyx must be like. Help! :-(<p>Adrian '01 1.8TQMS (Soon?)

If it's that hot there, any interior would be hot, so take your pick of colors...(more)

I have the Gray interior in CT, and it gets pretty hot, even here. So, I don't think the black will be THAT much hotter. If you can't wait, get the black interior. It's gonna be hot in the car regardless of the interior if you leave it out in the sun, but

Onyx will not burn your butt when you sit down.

And yes, I do live in the So. Cal also. Plus, I think black looks the best.
