Lots in archives -- most say see "Hector from Rector"
I've been there and can't say my experience was particularly bad or good.
They didn't overfill the oil (but I didn't bring it in at the max fill line, either).
They used Pennzoil.
Didn't rotate the tires, but I had less than 5000 miles.
If they don't have time to wash the car, and you want the car washed, they give out coupons for a local car wash. (They didn't wash mine, but I found this out from another Audiworld reader.)
I asked them to test the windshield washers because often the wipers go over the windshield dry for a cycle, and they said it tested OK, but their operation looks the same to me. (Haven't had time to go back.)
No courtesy vehicles for maintenance expected to take less than a day (can't say for sure about more extensive maintenance).
Just some quick impressions ... most comments about Rector are that they are the best place on the Peninsula for maintenance.
You will get a call from their service department asking "How did you like our excellent service" soon followed by a call from an Audi representative.
Didn't ask to get my key reprogrammed, so can't comment on that, either.
Oh, and before you drive off, check the tire stem caps. Mine were very loose after the service and one fell off on the way home.

Ya, it was my pickup point for CarOrder... Dave Liebenson is great tho!
Dave was more helpful by far than any of the CarOrder people were for sure. I can't say they did anything wrong... seems like a good place to buy even if I walked off the street. Car was in great condition at pick-up except for one blemish I'm having them check out.
I just dropped off my car for service 1 today. They were seriously backlogged so they said they'd keep my car overnight. Normally, "day" warranty service does not warrant a rental car, as per their policies (which apparently can't be bent), but since Hector needed to keep the car an extra day, he put down a loaner for me (Geo Metro LSi, baby!). I'll post once I get my car back to see if they catch all the little things I listed for him when I made the appointment.<p>-eric
