Here are the instructions from the service manual
1. Switch ignition on, leave key in
2. Mechanically lock car at left front door using 2nd key
3. On remote unit press "Open" button once. A short horn signal will sound.
If doing more than one remote for second, third or fouth memory addresses, press "Open" two, three or four times in one second intervals.
