Replace DV to 710n
I just replace the 710n dv and notice a change in boost. The max boost seems to be around 9-10psi vs. old dv which averaged around 11psi. The needle has been moving diffrently it no longer peaks as much as the old dv. Does anyone know what are the changes that should occur with a 710n dv. I am running a .8 bar that should be boosting around 11.5 psi.

how do you have it installed?
You can run it backwards, so that boost pressure doesn't hit the piston directly it hits the side of the piston. Is everything tight down there with concern to clamps and such?
Did you use a screwdriver or something along those lines to remove the old DV and possible tear some of the hose down there?
Did you verify the valve was working correctly when you installed it? ie, push the piston down with your finger, plug the vacuum hole and release the finger on the piston, and it should stay. Release the finger over the vaccum hole and it should spring shut.
The 710N is what I use and I hold 20 psi with it and much more airflow than you, I'm betting unless it was a used part that could be bad your issue is related to install.
