replacing ignition switch

Well, Audi tells me that my '97 is NOT covered under the ignition switch recall, although the symptoms are identical to those mentioned in the NHTSA recall release.

Anyone here ever replace the switch themselves? Is there a FAQ about it?

Nevermind, just found the procedure in the FAQ

(like I have the skills to do that- right!)
