Reprogramming keys

Does anyone have the info or the link to the info about reprogramming your keys to open windows, etc. remotely? I've seen it on here before but can't find it now.

No I mean I want the dealer to do it, but I want to figure out what to ask for.

Technically, it's allowed under warranty one time. I would double check or try a different dealership. (I think it only applies to certain model years - not sure)
