Rusty calipers?

Hi, my 1995 A4 2.6 (UK) calipers are pretty damn rusty now, and i wondered whether i should take them off and sand them down and repaint them, or just get some new ones?

How much would some good quality calipers for the front and rear cost in British pounds?
