SAI system , Remove or not... ??
Hi !I thinking of remove the whole SAI( Secondary Air Injection ) system from my car.
Any benefits ?
Any drawbacks ?
All help greatly appreciated!

That's the way it works:

First : I'm a newbie here...
Second : I'm from Sweden so English is not my writen or spoken language, so it is not so easy to express my self in the exact right manners... *sorry*
YES, I want some guidelines/help with how to remove the SAI-system....
How to block of the siganls to the different sensors that are involved in the SAI-system removal ?
How to block of the CEL signal inside the CPU when the SAI-pump is removed ?

I you are hell bent on removing the system, there are others who have done it. I don't recall where, but I have seen either posts or other write-up on it. Check the Tech Section (Resources tab above) and search this forum and TOF (the other forum who's name cannot be mentioned on this forum) for info on removing it.
That said, again I will state that it is far easier to fix it than deal with the headache of removing it.

There are others who have removed the SAI-system.
I don't recall where,

about a SAI-system delete.
Send me a PM were you can tell the other Forum name
It is not the mechanical part of the SAI-system delete that is my problem...
The problem for me is how to delete and/or block of the signals from the sensors and the SAI pump itself so I not get fault codes and CEL-light
Since English is not my spoken or writen language there is a bit tricky to do "search" in the right manner
All help are greatly appreciated !
