shift **** question

hey guys...im new here, used to be a member of vwvortex..but instead of purchasing a vw, i went with an audi a4 1.8t...I wanted manual transmission, but unfortunately, i had to get triptonic, in case my sister or mom had to drive it...but anyways, i don't like the stock shifter on there. I don't see any bolts to take it off...do you guys know how to take it off?...and if so...which shifter has any1 replaced it with? thanks.
