Default Shifter

Has anyone experienced a bad vibration in their shifter? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Default I get a weird clunkiness going from 1st to 2nd in cold weather (<60 degrees). It goes away when

car warms up though. Not sure if that's the same vibration you're talking about though...

Default It's a 99.5 and has 40k.........

Especially in 1st gear, the shifter really shakes.
Also when driving in 5th and suddenly letting go of the gas pedal the shifter violently jerks back and forth. The weird thing is that is does not do it all the time...????? Thanks for the help
