has anyone experience shifter problems, my car has no problems with the gearbox but when i try to down shift from four to three the gear is hard to engage no grinding or slip just have to play with shifter a bit i have to move gear stick very slighly to the left and then it engages fine almost as if gear stick is out of alignment.

I've got some weird shifter problems like that too....sometimes it goes into gear real easily...sometimes not so easily...It doesn't feel like there is a gearbox problem...just a shifter problem.
