<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/car_dropping.jpg"></center><p>For those who find the usual bungee jumping too tame, some northern Europeans have come up with an interesting variant. A crane lifts your car -- with you in it -- 60 meters into the sky, and then drops you into space. Not to worry: the car is attached to the crane by huge bungee cords, so down you go, to bounce back up when you're a couple of meters above the surface.
The car in the photo (taken in Hilversum, in the Netherlands) is a Smart. Anyone who's ever driven a Smart knows that the only thrill it will ever give you is if you drive it off a cliff -- or go bungee jumping in it.
