Some brake problems.
But last night i realized out of nowhere that i didnt have any brake pressure, and we just got hit with a foot of snow, not a good combination.
The ABS didnt kick in, and the light is on. Could a bad ABS pump use more brake fluid if not working correctly(assuming there isnt a leak somewhere)?
also im getting some "pulling" on my wheels when getting up to speed, its similar to a jerking motion, but has nothing to do with my clutch or any other part of that system.. its like the brakes are locking up on me intermittently..
if anyone has had a problem like this, or knows what could be causing this,(if there is a leak, it means that it ruptured the master brake cylinder in my calipers again).
sorry this isnt so detailed at the moment, im writing this before i go to work. if i forgot anything, i'll make sure to post it.
any help is appreciated, thanks!
I would also think that the ABS unit if malfunctioning would go into a limp mode and not work at all instead of randomly braking a wheel.I could be wrong on all the above so keep researching.

Gomer, my friend said the same thing to me today. its quite possible. if so, then its an easy fix.
And i have noticed my wheels locking up, but my pump looks intact, but without a VAG-COM(to check the ABS control module), its hard to tell if my module is bad, or something isnt working right.. idk. i have noticed a random "brakeing" feeling.. its hard to tell, but i think its only in the rear left area, so what you say does make alot of sense. could still be an allignment problem though too.
I guess the only reason i said something about brake pressure is the lines coming from the brake res. go into the top of the pump.. but im still a little ignorant in audi engines.(driving a cavellier and an escort for a while)
