Spark Plug Question??

I have searched the forums and read many different reviews of Bosch, NGK, Denso, and Beru's. I have a 2001 1.8QMS (stock) with 60K. I figure it will soon be time to do a tune-up so why not start looking for where I can get the plugs. I checked with the local auto parts store and they said that the NGK PFR6Q's are "dealer-specific." And the Denso's would cost $9/plug. I called the local Audi dealership and they said, hold your breath, $24/plug. I know I live in NJ and stuff is expensive, but this is crazy. Was the guy looking at something else, I don't know but I asked him twice to confirm the price.

So what have you guys found, as far as, price for OEM NGK plugs at the dealership? Is there someone that does sell OEM NGK's (other than Audi)? I won't bother asking which replacement plugs are the best, I just form an opinion from the old posts.
