Which s/plugs is best for K04 GIAC setup?

Not sure, but for my stage three I use the Bosch F 5 DP 0 R

If I were in your shoes I'd just call AWE and ask them what they recommend. Get the info from the source, yo.

BKR7E = 5k mile throw away copper plugs =) cheap 2 bucks a pop

I use BKR6E

and I have gone about 15-20K on them with no problems...most people change them out3-5K but mine went fine for 15-20K without a problem, no hesitation, smoothness issues or anything.

try the BKR7E, 1 step colder and you'll get better performance/engine mgmt

BK6's will suffice in areas with 93 octane (IE not california ****ane)
