Squeaky windows on A4
Just picked up a 2001 A4 Q - Silver, Xenon, Sport Package, Celebration Pkg. in March.
LOVE the car. Just one thing is killing me: when the front windows are rolled up or down, they squeek - but only when it's hot. It doesn't happen at night, morning or when it's cool.

Funny you mention that...I've been using it for years, but never on the front windshield!
I use it on the side, and rear window. With the front window, I change the blades frequently, and clean the glass with P21S auto wash everytime I wash the car. That strips the oils and such from the glass. Sorry, none of this addresses the original question...squeaky front windows.

Raj, you do realize I'm talking about the Rain-X "Fog-X" product?
...I have used Rain-X as well, but don't care for it on the outside of the windshield either. It's OK for a month or so but then causes my wipers to streak and chatter.
