You have a problem. A couple of wild guesses: A leak in your fuel injection system somewhere. A problem with your fuel tank ventilation system. Weak fuel pump. Any of these can cause fuel to either not get to the cylinders quickly enough (for different reasons).
One thing you can try a couple of times. Loosen your gas cap when you park the car (if its going to sit for awhile). This will release any vacuum that builds up. If the car starts better the next time then you at least have something to tell the dealer. This most likely points to a ventilation or leak. LOL
