starting problems
Everytime after I fuel up my car struggles to start. It only happens after fueling. It was like this before I modded my car so I know its not my error. 99.5, A4 1.8T, tip. I don't top off, just fill and go and close the cap tightly. The dealer doesn't know what to make of it either.

My 99.5 2.8 does same thing
After I fuel up and start the car, it hesitates for about 1/2 a block.
I think, may be pressure has to build-up inside the tank.
If you drive off with the tank open, you'll get an engine error signal at the dashboard.
