stupid friggin cold
so I finished putting my rear suspension back together, the wheel bearings are better now, no more HORRIBLE noise... but the car needs an alignment, badly.
As if needing an alignment isnt enough, we have a new mystery problem now, the rear ABS actuates at precisely 15mph while braking. I thought maybe I had damaged one of my rear ABS sensors, and I had, so I swapped in my spare ABS sensor, no dice, still have ABS actuation at 15mph and no ******* idea as to why. Maybe I should push them in further, but I am affraid of pressing them in to the point where they grind on the tooth ring that they pickup their signal from.
So tomorrow I'll get one of the techs at work to do the alignment and I'll try to figure out wtf is going on with the ABS system. I'm sure I'll have it resolved by the end of the week... but ABS actuation at 15mph when braking is ******* annoying. For all I know this might be related to the attrocious alignment my car currently has, but.... yeah we will see.

anyplace that has the correct hunter rack & adapters for the B5 chassis
and an operator for that rack who has been certified to have a clue as to how to correctly align the B5 chassis.
in other words, most stealerships & very very few independant shops.

Sears does it, I think. I called and they said it was like 85 so thats like 100 ( to be tech. 95) less. Havnt had my suspension changed so I havnt had the need to actually go there and see if they could do it so you might want to look into that a little deeper. Just a thought for you. Good luck.
