Suspension problems...what to do?
So, year and a half ago bought B&G coilovers for my 99 A4 1.8TQM Avant. 10 months in my left rear had a blown seal. Returned it under warranty(1 year warranty). New shock shipped to me about 6 weeks later. Meanwhile I'm driving around with the original stock on the left rear and the other coilover on the right rear.
Shortly passed the 1 year time frame the right rear has the same symptoms as the blown seal on the left rear. Now that it's past the warranty date, I've got to either replace the right rear or go with another setup. I'm a little nervous about the coilovers now since two of them have gone, under 20k.
Thinking upgraded springs with OEM shocks,
used shocks and springs,
replace the signle coilover.
Thoughts/suggestions? Anyone with B&G coilovers here? Similar experiences?

Check with your credit card company.
Many credit card companies offer an automatic 1 year warranty extension on any product you buy using the CC. Call and ask. If that's the case, determine what documentation you'll need, mail it in, and they should send you a check for the damages.
