That looks like a pretty general car audio forum, the MB Quart adapters are specific to the A4.

From what I've heard, they are no longer available...

Not 100% certain about that, but your best bet would be to try and find them used or to make some custom brackets yourself.

I picked up a used set and installed them a few weeks ago. It didn't look like it would be very hard to do custom brackets.
