Things will never be the same....
One thing is clear to me...things will change. The intelligence organs of the great nations of this world are well aware of terrorist groups, their areas of training... and those nations who continue to shower patronage upon them. This will not continue.
I pray the US no longer turns a blind eye to fringe/rogue nations, and their activities. The nicities that are international law will not be a bulwark behind which they may hide. Comity is dead. Be warned...we will come for you.
To paraphrase President Roosevelt, no matter what the cost, the United States, in its righteous might, will win through to victory. This act proves that the terrorist group that conducted this atrocity, the organization to which they belong, and their sponsor nations, represent a clear and present danger to the security of these United States.
Remember the fallen, and avenge their deaths...that is all i ask of my nation today. I am so full of fury right now...a wound spring...all i wish is for the cowards to show themselves.
Cheers, and condolences,
How do they get alond when war or terrorism acts occur around them on a regular basis? It isn't ideal to live in those circumstances. We take for granted that we are generally isolated from the world.
We will pick up the piece, rebuild and move on. That is what living is all about to millions of people. Those that do not are psychologically stuck as being "victims"
Americans will not let themselves become victims. We will rebuild, we will get back your daily life, we will go back to flying, traveling, and we will go back to living.
- tighter security EVERYWHERE (stadiums, arenas, airports, buildings)
- greater police/military/government monitoring of us
This is a fundamental change in our way of life.
