Those with HIDs...
have you looked at the bulb? Does it have yellowish crap inside the
little circular chamber IN the bulb? I"ve heard it's normal but it
appears to be affecting my light output and color. Comments?

I also have it...
and i am beginning to believe it maybe having an affect on my light output also. One of my headlights has more of this stuff on the inside and it is darker than the other. The beam isnt as sharp and light output is significantly less. Next step is to change the bulbs on each side and see if its something in the projector or the bulb.

Well I know for a fact. When I put in new stock ds2 bulbs in.
I did notice an improvement in white light improvement. After having my stock ds2 bulbs in a little less than 2 years.
The main reason I bought new bulbs was because I broke the little brown part. While putting in new euros. But if you think about it, the light output will always go down as the bulb gets older. Stock ds2 bulbs cost $145 each :/
