Default thread pitch to make custom shift *****
anyone know the pitch and O.D. of the thread on the shaft that holds the shift ****? this is for my 1999 2.8 possible sales if everything works out.

Default I notice you've been asking this question for a while now...
...and it doesn't look like anybody has the answer. I don't either, sorry. But maybe you should call up UUC motorwerks. I'm sure after making short shifters and shift ***** that they would know the answer. I don't see why they wouldn't tell you. good luck.

Why not drive the hardware store..

Grab a handful of bolts and walk out side.

Go to a hardware store and get a thread size measureing tool, they're cheap

Unscrew the **** and go into a hardware or fastner supply house and find one that fits and ,wa la.
