Default timing belt kit
I just bought a 2000 1.8TQ with 78K miles on it. Im not sure if the timing belt was ever done.

Whats the best do-it-yourself kit?? someone told me to do the waterpump at the same time??

kit for both together or seperate?

Default some places sell the water pump as part of the kit, but if they don't include it...
definitely change the water pump and t-stat while you are doing the belt.
