Are there any tips that actually give you any extra horsepower? If not which would give you the best sound?

Default sure you can get the old 8" bazooka ending tips
and it will look like your car has 5000hp and you can beat civics in a simple press of the gas pedal.

Default I think this tip is good for some serious power...
